FAQs

We offer after-hours emergency heating service by appointment. Call us and we will arrange to get a local technician to you as quickly as we can.

No heat in freezing weather, a furnace that smokes or smells like burning, a completely dead system, or any situation that is unsafe to leave until morning, especially with vulnerable family members at home.

Leave the home right away and call 911 and your gas utility first. Do not flip switches or use anything that could spark. Once you are safe, call us.

You will always get a clear, upfront price before any work. We do not use the after-hours timing as a reason to gouge.

We will do everything we can to restore safe heat, and if a part needs to be ordered, we will explain your options and help keep your home safe in the meantime.

Yes. Our technicians service Trane, Goodman, RUUD, and Ameristar, and most other major brands, and we are a Certified Customer Care Dealer for American Standard.
